The schedule page got a rework. A few of you told me you got lost on it, and you were right. The day, week, and month are now one tap at the top. The map moved to its own page called Route Planner. And every job that had a date, but nobody marked it done, now shows up under Overdue, so nothing falls off the calendar quietly.
Day, Week, Month at the top
Pick Day, Week, or Month from the switch at the top of the page. The date you are looking at is the heading, with arrows on either side to step back and forward and a Change link to jump to any date. That is the whole set of controls. The row of small buttons on the right is gone.
The day is a list, one lane per technician
Each technician gets a lane that runs the height of the screen. Jobs with a set time fall in by that time. Jobs with only a date sit where you drag them. Drag a job to change its order or hand it to someone else. Your own lane shows your name with a small You tag, same as everyone else's.
My jobs or Whole team, on every view
Day, Week, and Month all have the same two buttons on the right: My jobs and Whole team. Pick one and it sticks as you switch views. Filters sits right next to them on every view. Show weekend for the week view lives inside Filters now, so the header reads the same everywhere.
Unscheduled and Overdue, side by side
The column on the right used to be called Backlog. It is now two tabs: Unscheduled, for jobs with no date yet, and Overdue, for jobs that had a date and a technician but never got marked done. Each tab shows its count, so you can see what is waiting in the one you are not looking at. Drag a card from either tab onto a technician or a day to put it on the calendar.
Route Planner is its own page
The map is out of the schedule and in the sidebar under Operations, right below Schedule. Pick a technician from the dropdown and their stops come up in order. Every technician has a different color, and the key at the bottom of the map tells you what each pin shape means: a teardrop is a scheduled job, a triangle pointing up is unscheduled, a triangle pointing down is overdue. Overdue pins are on by default. Unscheduled pins have a switch on the Unscheduled tab.
A job looks the same wherever it is
A job that is not on the calendar yet is an outlined card with a colored stripe. Drop it on a technician or a day and it fills in with its type color. The card on a technician's route shows the same customer, job type, and work order number as the card in the schedule, plus a stop number. You do not have to drag it back to read it.
Plainer words
Backlog is now Unscheduled.
Mine is now My jobs. On Quotes, Invoices, and Prospects, Mine only is now My quotes, My invoices, and My prospects.
In Whole team mode, month chips start with the owner's initials so you can tell whose job it is.
The service order number in a task drawer is a link. Tap it to open the order.

Search results show the city and county on their own line, so two accounts on the same road are easy to tell apart.
A customer can have more than one ship-to or bill-to address. Add them on the customer page and pick the right one on a quote or invoice. It prints exactly as written.
Quotes can be archived. An archived quote stays on the account but drops out of totals and the working list. A rejected quote is now called Declined.
Drag line items to reorder them on a quote or invoice, so the parts sit under the machine they go with.
A number you don't recognize is calling. A tech needs to know what's on his plate, not the whole crew's. Tomorrow's stops are still in your head. This update is those three: search that finds people by whatever you remember, a task list you can shape and save, and routes you build right on the map.
Search by whatever you have
Type the last four digits of a phone number, a street number, or a name, then pick what you're searching if you want to narrow it: name, phone, address, contact, or part number. Results show the company, the address, and both phone numbers on their own line, so two accounts with the same name are easy to tell apart before you open either one.
Everyone at the account is findable
The extra contacts on a customer, the shop foreman, the second driver, the office manager, come up in search by their own name and their own cell number. When one of them calls, the account comes up with them.
The exact part number comes up first
Type a full part number or SKU and that part is the first result, even when a favorite has a similar number. Partial searches still put your go-to products up top.
A task list that fits how you dispatch
Filter by who a task belongs to. Dispatchers can look at any tech; everyone else sees their own work.
Filter by type: calls, follow-ups, service orders.
Your filters stay put. Open a task, jump to the customer, come back, and the list is how you left it.
Move and resize the columns, then save that setup with a name. "My calls this week" is one pick away next time.
Save a day's stops as a route
Zoom the map to an area, check the customers you want in the list or right on the map cards, and save them as a group named for the day, like Tuesday route. Pick it next time and only those stops show. Forgot one, add it to the group later. Already hit one, drop it. Route groups are yours, not the whole team's.
See which stops you owe work on
Turn on Show my open tasks in the map's Layers menu and every customer with open work of yours gets a gold dot. Hover the pin or open the card and the tasks are right there: what kind, when it's due, and the note. Hide the customers you don't owe anything and what's left is your route.
Tell the customer where to send the check
When the branch that services the account isn't the office that takes the payment, the invoice never said so. Put your remittance address in Settings, then Payments, and it prints on the invoice PDF, the online pay page, and the Stripe copy. The rep on the invoice now reads Serviced By, so both are clear on one page.

Contacts and documents moved to the top of customer and prospect pages, above the details.
The sales tax and remittance cards in Settings show what's saved with a pencil to edit, so a saved change looks saved.
Deleting a piece of equipment frees its serial number right away, and deleting a customer frees their phone number and email, so you can put them on the record you're keeping.
Adding equipment used to mean photographing the tag on the machine and typing the brand, model, and serial number in by hand. Now there is a Scan Tag button on the equipment form: point your camera at the tag and Bucket fills those fields in for you, specs included.
Point, scan, done
Take a photo of the tag right from the add equipment form in the mobile app. The brand, model, and serial number fill themselves in, and the specs on the tag, like the PSI, GPM, and fuel, land in the notes.
It reads the rough ones
We built this on real tags from a dealer's shop, including faded thirty year old ones, and it read every one of them. If you find a tag it can't read, send it to us.
It only fills in blanks
A scan never writes over something you typed. And it works on machines already in Bucket: open one, tap edit, and scan the tag to pull in whatever is missing.

Add the photo and the description together when you create equipment. One pass, no going back in to edit, and you can take the photo right from the form.
Prospects found in search now open the prospect page directly instead of a customer page that doesn't exist yet.
Bucket now keeps a live count of every part you stock. Quotes show you what's already spoken for, invoices move stock automatically, and every change is logged, so the number you see is a number you can trust.
Live on-hand counts
Every inventory part carries an on-hand count. Product search and product pages show it, so you know what you can promise before you promise it.
See what's committed
Open quotes hold stock. Each product shows how many units are committed and which quote is holding them, so you can accept, revise, or void with the full picture.
Invoices move stock for you
Send an invoice and the parts on it come out of inventory automatically. Void it and the stock goes right back. No separate bookkeeping step.
Sales are never blocked
A stale count never stops a sale. If the shelf says otherwise, sell it; the count can go negative and you can correct it later.
Every change is logged
Manual adjustments ask for a reason and land in a history you can review, so you always know why a count changed.

Invoice approval for admins: choose which reps can send invoices on their own, and review everyone else's from one queue.
Emails that land in the inbox: quotes and invoices now send from your own dealership's domain, not a shared one.
Custom fields and Customer Groups arrived on mobile, so the field crew sees the same picture the office does.
Update a custom field across a whole list of customers at once, straight from the map's list view.
Clearer errors on duplicates: creating a customer or equipment serial that already exists now names the existing record instead of failing.
Quotes honor the expiration date you pick instead of defaulting to seven days.
Line items check themselves as you type, so quote and invoice mistakes get caught before you hit send.
Updates for both sides of the house. The service team gets automatic route planning and drag and drop scheduling. The sales team gets custom fields, map filters to match, and reusable customer groups.
Automatic route planning in the Scheduler
Create a service order and set a date. It shows up in the scheduler automatically.
Not sure who to assign it to? See how many jobs each tech already has and give it to whoever's open.
Even better: open the map, see which tech is already near the area, and assign it to them. That's how you plan a route.
Technicians don't have to do anything. They open the app and their tasks are already there.
Drag and drop scheduling
See your whole backlog of service orders and tasks in one place.
Drag a card onto a tech to assign it. Decide who gets what, even on the way to the job.
Add your own fields to track what matters to you
Want to track what detergent a customer uses? Who referred them? How many times a year they buy? Go to Settings, then Custom Fields, pick where it shows up and what type it is, and it appears on every record of that type.
Filter the Opportunity Map by your own fields
You could already filter the map by equipment age, model, territory, city, and county. Now your custom fields are filters too. Want every customer on a certain detergent? Filter by it and there they are. It used to all live in your head; now it's right there for you.
Save your lists as Customer Groups
Filter down to the customers you want, say everyone who buys detergent, and save that list as a group. Next time, just pick your group and it's ready to work top to bottom.
Prospects Kanban board
Drag prospects through your statuses as they move along. Your list view is still there if you prefer it.

A batch of updates that make the everyday stuff smoother: your go-to products surface first, quotes and invoices can be edited and resent after the fact, and the Scheduler shows only what you care about.
Favorite your top products
You don't sell every product equally. Favorite the ones you reach for most and they surface at the top when you're building a quote or invoice. No more digging through the full catalog every time.
Do more with quotes and invoices
Edit anytime: made a mistake or need to adjust pricing? Update an existing quote or invoice in seconds.
Resend in a click: customer lost the email? Send the same document again without rebuilding it.
More control: mark paid, revise, and other actions on every document, right where you need them.
Filter your Scheduler
Your Scheduler can get crowded fast. Show only the tasks you actually care about, like just your service orders or just the ones still open, and tune out the rest.
Plus a bunch of smaller wins
A fresh new look. The app is cleaner and easier on the eyes.
Add a task without a date. Just add it and get to it whenever you're ready.
Grouped side menu. The menu is split into sections, so it's easier to find what you need.
